Spring Fling!

Dakota went to his first dance!

I was excited!

Dakota was excited, 

but I think I was more excited!!!

This was put on for the 6th grade right after school on Friday.

It wasn't a boy ask girl thing,

well.... I think that did happen,

but Dakota  knew that was not an option for him!!!

In fact, the one and only slow song that they played, no one danced to! =)

I picked him up a little early to go out to a church families ranch!

As I walk into the school, I hear ACDC's "She Shook Me..." and I thought

hmmmm..... blast from the past!

They were having a dance-off by the time I arrived and one of Dakota's buddies, Cole, won.

They looked like they had a good time and it was fun!  The main point! Fun!!

So no pictures of it!

He didn't want me to be there!

But I can still blog about it!!!!

He's growin' up!!!
