One of My Actors

Dakota is in drama.

He loves it!

They recently received their 1st lip-sync songs.

He was in a duet with another boy synching to

"When the Sun Goes Down"

by Kenny Chesney and Uncle Kracker.

He was to do Uncle Kracker's part.

On Monday, they performed for the school during 

their lunches.  So he performed 4 times.

Darrin, Kru and I went for 2 of them.

He did great!!!

I wish I could get the video on here, it would be so much

better, but Darrin is working on it!  So hopefully it will be

here eventually, but wanted to share these pictures!

His next is a duet with a girl!  

And he has a solo and a speaking part in the 

spring performance!

Really Already!?!

I had a voice mail the other day from a wonderful lady, Ms. Davis.

She was Kye's preschool teacher 2 years ago at Covenant Day School.

She was calling to confirm that I still wanted Kru in the 2009-2010

4 year old preschool class!

What!?!?

Really???

Is he really almost the age that Kye was when we first arrived in College Station???

and

YES!  he is!!!

Isn't that incredible!

He will be 4 in June and will be going to school for 3 hours a day 3 days a week!!!

I had put his name on the list 2 years ago!  And lucky I did, that was the only way that he was getting in!  It's a great school and Kru will have a blast!  And I love that I know the teachers!!!

It just overwhelmed me at how quickly time passes!

He was just learning to walk when we moved to College Station!

And now look at him!

Almost a preschooler!!!!
